Information Collection and Use

Rodriguez Law Group, Inc. uses two separate, voluntary text-messaging arrangements. Your phone number is never sold, and consent to receive texts is never required to use our services, become a client, or complete any transaction.

1. General SMS Updates (Website Sign-Up)

Anyone may voluntarily opt in on our standalone sign-up page at https://www.attorneyprod.com/text-updates by entering their phone number and checking an unchecked-by-default box. This program is limited to scheduling, appointment reminders, and general informational updates. You will receive up to 15 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Opting in is completely optional and is not a condition of contacting us, using our services, or becoming a client.

2. Client Case Communications (Signed Retainer Clients)

Once a person retains the firm and signs our Attorney-Client Retainer Agreement, they may separately consent within that agreement to receive case-related text messages — which may include case updates, hearing and deadline reminders, billing reminders and secure payment links, and document-related requests connected to their own matter. This broader consent is established only by the signed retainer, applies only to existing clients, and relates solely to that client's active case.

Agreeing to receive these texts is not a condition of representation. Clients who prefer not to receive case communications by text may elect email or phone instead and will still receive full legal services. Clients may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP, without affecting their representation.

Scope and Frequency General subscribers receive up to 15 messages per month. Client case messages are sent as needed in connection with the client's active matter. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing or promotional messages without explicit additional consent.

Information Protection and Sharing We guarantee that mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data will NOT be shared with:

Third-party companies
Affiliated businesses
Marketing agencies
Any external organizations

Mobile information and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

User Control You may opt out of any text messaging at any time. Opt-out instructions are included in our messages, and your number will be removed from the relevant list upon request.

Data Security Mobile numbers are stored securely with encryption. Access is strictly limited to essential personnel. We comply with all applicable data protection regulations.

Terms of Services

Neither is required to use our services or become a client.
You can cancel at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. After you send "STOP," we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again on our sign-up page or notify our office.
