Ms. Rodriguez was born to a poor working single mother and grew up homeless until the age of 7 years old. Her mother battled addiction until Ms. Rodriguez was a teenager. Ms. Rodriguez, always determined to make a difference, set herself to getting a higher education and becoming a lawyer. She graduated with honors after a rocky start her freshman year. She left her mother's home at 13 and lived with family in California while attending high school. 
 

She attended the University of Southern California on scholarship graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and communications. She went on to attend law school in Philadelphia at Temple University Beasley School of Law. She participated on the mock trial team for three years in high school, three years in college, and on Temple's National Trial Team; always knowing law was her passion and life. She received exceptional advocacy training from one of the best law school programs in the country. 

 

Ms. Rodriguez previously interned for the Camden Public Defender's Office, the Philadelphia Public Defender's Office, the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office and the Los Angeles Public Defenders Office. Ms. Rodriguez currently and for the past ten years has represented a wide range of clients, focusing her representation on borrowers facing non-judicial foreclosure. She also handles criminal defense matters including DWI, DUI, Robbery, Possession of firearms, etc., Plaintiff/Personal injury, bankruptcy, family (divorce, custody, etc.), real estate and property law, as well as landlord/tenant disputes (for both landlords and tenants). 

 

She is dedicated and focused on her practice; she carries a caseload and manages the entire legal and business team. She has taken her exceptional training in trial advocacy and aggressively litigated over hundreds of cases with compassionate and tireless effort. She continues to remain an intricate part of the firm's daily dealings. She currently has dedicated her life and career to helping the underdog fight the impossible fight. She treats every case she handles as if it were her only case and gives each client as much personal attention as absolutely possible. She continues to reinvest in the reinvention of her vision for a better tomorrow for all irregardless of their financial circumstances.
