Jessica Ward is a first-generation college graduate who built her career in the legal field through perseverance, creativity, and hard work. With over 15 years of experience, she now serves as Senior Paralegal with Rodriguez Law Group, supporting the firm’s attorneys in delivering high-quality service to clients across a wide range of practice areas.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies (ABA-approved) from the University of Toledo in 2009 and her Master’s in Paralegal Studies with an emphasis in Intellectual Property from Kaplan University in 2013. Over the course of her career, she has supported attorneys in hundreds of matters involving personal injury, bankruptcy, family law, immigration, probate administration, estate planning, real estate, corporate law, and civil litigation. She has also assisted with the preparation of trial notebooks, discovery, motion practice, and complex case management.

Jessica is also passionate about mentorship and education. She has trained and guided paralegal interns from the University of Toledo, Stauzenberger College, and Owens Community College, sharing her knowledge with aspiring legal professionals.

Known for her organization, attention to detail, and resourcefulness, Jessica plays a vital role in ensuring that Rodriguez Law Group attorneys are fully supported in delivering high-quality representation to their clients.
